I played this as a CYPHER and closed my trade early. tape continued down to 3626 or so at 1.34 fib of XA. the pattern fits both nen-star and anti-gartley as XB ratio is in the middle of both.
But look at the retrace from D! wow!! retrace = XA. Perfect retrace, down to a tick!
These harmonics develop all the time. They don't fully develop on large timescales due to recognition by algos that front run these. On smaller time frames, the algos have their work cut out precisely for them and can't change their gameplan easily.
