The condition has been met for short term mean reversion, I expect the 450 MA on the 15 minute chart to be the exact retracement value for trend continuation. Ideally, wait for a 45 period cci to roll down for a lowest risk entry.

Do note that you are betting against longer term mean reversion, after the retracement value has been hit, resume a long position.
