Long

Ethereum, the King of alt coins

COINBASE:ETHUSD   Ethereum / U.S. Dollar
Ethereum , the biggest coin used for token sales and ICO's,
Now that the volume has died off on the daily and we bottoming out on the rsi , i feel like this would be a good time to long ethereum
I'm going to wait for it to hit around the $430-470 range before I consider longing on bitmex
I might miss the boat on this if it doesn't reach my entry price

the RSI hasn't been this low since china September crash and 2016 December, and those were both great opportunities to buy ethereum

Comment: waiting for more information on SEC news about ETH
Good call!

This is why that last drop is always the nastiest. They put in a small relief rally to trap the bulls, show some strength at an important support level, then start walking the price down methodically. The more and more people start to panic the more vertical it gets. Worst place to go long as there is no sign of high volume capitulation yet nor is there any sign of bullish strength, especially in bitcoin. Good luck but please don't use any margin.

@oshin11, I agree with your statement, however I don’t believe this trade idea/analysis is for margin. Should be specified though. Thanks

@J_bank, I know but either way one could lose money, it would just be a lot more devastating on margin if one was liquidated during a sharp dump.

@oshin11, thanks for the advice, can you explain the high volume capitulation to me? does that just mean volume going up slowly ?
to be honest I'm a really big noob in charting and a big risk taker when it comes to trading :)

@Suley123, :) I'm closing my short and buying in, even though we may keep dipping since BTC has room. 368 is fine by me.

@Suley123, Thanks! I'd start by googling Richard Donchian. He was an Armenian futures trader and his "trading rules" are priceless. I'd also look into Soros' theory of reflexivity since his fund is now the market maker in crypto.
