ETH - The values don't add up. ETH is missing a move to 382

ETH has counted down to 8. Reaching 9 is typically a sign of a reversal but the values dont add up.
The last drop should end at close 382 but its been cut short at 412. So I think ETH is going to complete
that move either this week or next week....

The timing is off but i still see ETH eventually hitting close to 192 before the correction ends

ETH is just finishing off this move that was never completed to 382 .
