After a completely successful and technically uneventful move from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake, Ethereum made history this evening. The fundamental implications are not yet fully understood by the broader community, but this is an extremely huge leap forward for the entire Ethereum network. I won't get into the fundamental reasons or proofs for these reasons here, but rest assured a quick google search will yield hours of information pertaining to this. The implementation of the network transition in real time was completely undetectable. No lost transactions or any mishaps with any exchanges- totally perfectly executed launch. This is absolutely huge and only serves to reinforce how robust the network is. Anyways- many multiple reasons that this was a successful launch, and what I believe will be the catalyst for the next major BULL RUN. I anticipate we will see a rise in ETH.D and a decline in BTC.D, signaling that value is moving from the big daddy into the smart contract king. Price action should reflect this, and I believe we will see an ETHEREUM LED BULL RUN that will spark BITCOIN AND ALTS into pretty major action over the next few months. These technologies have to some degree been theoretical applications for many years, but there are compelling reasons to see that mainstream technical adoption should increase significantly as developers continue to push the tech to new levels. THE BOTTOM IS HIGHLY LIKELY IN FOR THE NEXT 3-6 MONTHS.
