It seems it is completing this pattern (possibly a simple ABC correction) before the next big move down.
BUT we don't know yet. So look for sell only after a sharp rejection from the line and a flag for confirmation.
Or you can take an aggressive sell here or when it touches the line with a tight stop loss.
