EURCAD level retest. Breakout?

On July 21, the price tested the support level 1.477, a rebound from the level occurred, the price did not go far and returned to the retest level. The trend is downtrend, I think that under the pressure of sellers, the level can be broken and the price goes down until the support of September 2019
