Remember this call on June 23? Look Below! Price broke out of the rising wedge and retested and started to move down... but then never could drop! So price RE TESTED A SECOND TIME and has now dropped! You can sell this breakout now! This is a 4 hour breakout and should be powerful! It will take time to drop... but the drop should be hard!!
