Well measured bearish gartley with internal bearish butterfly. Both patterns are completing in the same zone, price is hitting a significant resistance, and both patterns are showing nice bearish divergence. This one could be good! Waiting on price to react with the potential reversal zone (green box) and will make a decision from there.

You could probably go short here and set your stop at the top of the zone, but I want to see a little more confirmation of momentum change.
