EURJPY BEARISH CYPHER PATTERN

On the chart in front of you is a potential bearish Cypher pattern on the EURJPY 4 Hour timeframe. I recently had an in depth discussion with one of the traders I'm working with about filtering out patterns that have a period of consolidation directly before the completion point.

Now this is something that I personally hate seeing, but I've never looked into it as something that would cause me to skip the pattern so i'm interested in seeing what his test results say.
