EUR/NZD 4H - This is a market I am looking to go short in, I feel its important we just enter in at the right point and the way to do that is to wait for price to trade up and into a valid area of interest that holds enough Supply to flip the balance to the downside.
Once price trades us higher to correct itself, picking up more Supply, this is when we should be looking for those short opportunities, we can expect that once price trades us into an area of interest Supply will be introduced.
Demand will be offloaded as buyers will be taking profits and sellers will be actively looking to take place, this should help us with the S&D flip we are looking for.
Confirmation of this will come via a break of structure to the downside, once we have been delivered with that we then have the confirmation of a new trend and we can look to enter in.
I will be waiting for price to correct itself initially once we have been delivered with a BOS to the downside, this allows us to get a refined entry in this market.
