Short-term EUR/USD rising from earlier today seems to have stalled just above 1.17, leading to asking the following question:

why?

In this video, I look at:

- spot fx, medium-long term analysis;
- futures fx, volume analysis;
- past price behaviour along 12-year downtrend (parallel channel).
