ECB มีมติลดอัตตราดอกเบี้ยลง และ ดำเนินมาตรการ QE ในเดือน กันยายน ส่งผลให้ยูโรดอลล่า เข้าสู่โหมดขาลงอย่างเป็นทางการ หากราคาไม่สามารถผ่านระดับแรวต้านที่ 1.11800 ราคาจะลดลงสู่ระดับแนวรับ ที่ 1.10045และ 1.08804 ตามลำดับ
