If EURUSD completes a deep crab Harmonic Pattern by reaching 1.00063 on the monthly timeframe chart, then in the coming weeks/months, it will be most likely hit the set targets.
NB; this is subject to both fundamental and market sentiment bias that i have not factored in here.
