EXR Long

Establishing a long position in EXR as my first Option trade of 2018 for the Veritas Fund. Ideally as the stock moves up over the life of the trade I'll be able to sell shorter duration Calls against it to maintain positive theta.

Trade active:

Hedging the long term call with a short term to create a diagonal.

Trade active:

The hedge is doing it's work in keeping the trade profitable. I have June's so going to see if it is worth it to hold onto them a bit longer after earnings goes through.
