Since Jan 2019, the price has been ranging from 0.115 to 0.175 although it has broken out of the bearish trend line. Price accumulation stage can last for months to years so one has to have patience.

Personally, I think the EV market is not going to take over the automotive market so soon as there are still many issues that remain unsolved (charging stations, car make/models, taxation, etc). Suppliers are pushing hard because government is being pressured on the climate front issue to reduce carbon emission and offering incentives to automakers to begin manufacturing them.

Demand side has yet to take up that strong to push the price up (both EV automakers, EV batteries suppliers, etc) so, I will monitor these few stocks and see what happens in the next few quarters.

Sidenote on buying stocks at lower price :

1. Age - the younger you start to invest, the more time you have to let the stock brew and do what it supposed to. In this case, if you are in your mid 20's , you can afford to wait for 10-20 years and see what happen to it. But, if you are in your 40's -60's, then this level of uncertainty might not be appetising to you.

2. Capital base - How much capital you have to invest also matters. The bigger your base, the more you can spread and build your portfolio and vice versa. So, it is not surprise that I focused more on stocks in 5G technology, strong compelling stories like China, drones, E-commerce, AR, etc that will shape the world in 2-5 years time. If my bet is right, then I will be handsomely rewarded.

3. Risk appetite - This is hard to measure as it can be different for each and every person. Some like the thrill and excitement while others prefer stability and peace of mind. I do have friends who are into Reits and making good 5 figure income each month from the dividends.

Trading , to me is personal as it reveals a large part of your inner self. Your fear, your aspirations, desires to win, fortitude to weather the storm, your beliefs, a reflection of a myriad of things combined. So, take each trading idea with a pinch of salt, after all, only you should know yourself better. And only you should be responsible for your own money. By outsourcing this away, you lost an opportunity to know yourself on a deeper level.

”Like water which can clearly mirror the sky and the trees only so long as its surface is undisturbed, the mind can only reflect the true image of the Self when it is tranquil and wholly relaxed.” —Indra Devi

no action taken , still in the range.

6 months later, it is still in the range. This chart tells us to select the counters to enter properly as wrong entry would means having our capital tied up unnecessarily and lose out on many promising opportunities that can earn us better profits.
Comment:
You see, it took 1 year plus for the price to shoot up........worth the wait ? You decide
