Be smart like the fat cats in the market!!

you must have heard the saying: buy the low and sell the high!
for me i see that the price is in the middle, what would i do now? well i'll wait the price to reach the the bears target to buy (with the signal) or i'll wait to see a push outside the channel and then i'll buy
to the major long term target which the price failed to reach couple weeks ago!
we have a long term measured move target for the bulls .
and a smaller measured move target for the bears .
