We see a solid bullish reaction at the inception of the H1 OB which broke the market structure. We can also see resting liquidity below the OB. I want to believe price would keep up the bullish run from this OB just because it was the beginning of a new impulsive move to the upside and it signals the involvement of Smart Money. Also, on the lower timeframe, I can see a change of character which explains there has been a change from the weak hands to the strong hands and attest to the fact that the bears are now the weak hands in this setting.
