FX:GBPUSD   British Pound / U.S. Dollar
The British pound (GBP) may return to the previous trendline and use it as support, which means that the price of GBP has fallen to a level where it has previously found support and bounced back up. The trendline is a line that connects two or more price points and is used to identify the direction of the trend. When the price falls to the trendline, it may be seen as a buying opportunity by traders who believe that the price will bounce back up again. The trendline can be thought of as support when entering a position.
