Bullish exhaustion for OANDA:GBPUSD by ICFX

This is how I see it for now. Bulls seem not having enough liquidity to make a new higher high. 1.3000 (round number) is VERY strong resistance.
Price is accumulating below the liquidity level and is likely to push lower.
