Price just broke a really important level - strong resistance.
Price could bounce off of this level to go more bullish.

Even though the result is against the USD regarding ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI (Mar),
price is refusing to go up fast and is looking like it really wants to mitigate that support level before bouncing up.
