Sorta, kinda looks like a cup and handle also... not a fan of that genesis dump candle from 2019 though. Seems to be trying to flip the top of the range currently.

Stop Loss: $0.21 (Once the current level is flipped)
Target: $12.24 (Measured move of the cup height)
