After the last failed breakout attempt the price went back to the bottom of the formation, bounced from the dynamic support (purple) and is most likely preparing for another breakout attempt.
A bit of history: ICP had quite an unfortunate start. It was listed on 11th of May- the day before Bitcoin dumped -50% and the whole marked collapsed. The project was originally pretty hyped, the price went up 1000% the day it was listed on Binance reaching the price of 2831$ per coin. And then it dumped -99% 😆 Anyway- this is of course beyond technical analysis, but the truth is ICP is very comparable to the other top eco chains such as ADA or SOL, it provides some unique solutions and it could easily be a TOP10 coin in terms of market cap. So is it undervalued? Yes. Does it matter? Well.. No, but to me this aspect is just like a technical indicator- if it adds up to overall confluence than that's good, and in this case it does.
