Next stop $28. Contingent on BTC playing nice for the next few days. BTC made a higher low today as of the time of this post BTC low is $29,241. If BTC continues to crab between here and 34k alts will run and $28 plays out this weekend. If BTC dumps below 28k this idea is invalidated.
