I've bought LTC earlier against the background of news on Litepay. But I couldn't confirm that by technical analysis then.
Today I decided to buy again because I can see a number of reasons:
1. The price will probably lock in at a new level because it bounced off the level that can't be the support now, twice (blue line).
2. Although the price reversed at one level, indicator showed one more rising minimum. This is a convergence and indicator is NOT in the oversold zone. You should pay attention to it.
3. There are a lot of purchase orders in the order book. If announcements of hard forks are confirmed, orders will synchronically move upward and that will raise the price.
I won't write about the zone of profit fixation because I just made a purchase and I am monitoring now.
