This looks like the last low based on this random channel I drew. We hit the bottom of the green part of the channel, and also oversold on RSI. Now that is happening again about 6 months later. This coincides with some fib levels too. Do we bounce up from here in a little bit (maybe 01/2020) or do we do what I think we'll do and trade sideways for a few more months like I've illustrated (blue lines) after the last halving in 2015 before shooting up? We shall see.

Well, had a nice bounce off of the bottom of the green channel just like we did back in December 2018. Let's see if that holds and we start an uptrend. I'm doubtful, but I'd love to be wrong. Signs point to a lovely 2020.
