WTI hit in a range of 69.56 and 68.99., if it breaks the top Expect a Move to 69.52 then 69.90, 70.40- Down to 67.33 65.65, 64.84.Also it looks like a completed head and shoulders and basically the idea here is "continue up or fail and go back"
