Something interesting with this stock happens in this range. It's hard to see but if you zoom in all time when the stock dips below .10 it rockets up like mad. Similarly, in the range I put yellow lines on. The amount is not exact because I'm zoomed out but you get the idea. I'm sure the spikes correlate with pot laws and perhaps contracts. The current situation is a bit of a squeeze. Either it pops out and spikes like the November 2017 spike, or goes sub .10 in which case it makes an interesting choice.
