Market cap weighted index for MSFT , AMZN , FB , GOOG , AAPL , JNJ has had a very aggressive V recovery. Basic measured move should be 4000+ points or about 30-40% increase. First leg up should get nice overshoot, looking for overbought weekly RSI and/or some daily bearish divergence before retesting the 20wma and about 38% retracement on the pullback.

Anyone buy stocks at these levels should get their head checked. PE ratios are at extremes.

@thausler PE ratios are low for current conditions. Research how interest rates, growth rates and balance sheets affect PE ratio. All expect JNJ can easily trade at 50+ PE

@thausler, I think it's because Yogigolf has his head still jammed too deep in a honey pot to see how over valued this market is.

Thanks Yogigolf for another tremendously incorrect TA to counter trade. Here we go SPY 200 PUTS TO THE MOON!

@thausler, Who the hell cares about PE ratio. It's not like you can even remotely predict what AMZN will look like in 5 years and tech stocks like this are alway's priced for future growth.

Keep waiting on that PE to come into reality while the rest of us get rich. ;)

@JohnFurr, and others....picking up pennies in front of steam roller. Enjoy the risk. Ill stick to something that pays me passive income way more than any stock could provide. Your assumption that I do not know simple market knowledge just proves that you' ll be the ones who buy at the top and wander why it went down. Buy SHOP now and hold for a eternity. Let me know how that works out for you. I called AMAZONs double top in 2018 and it only took 2 years to get back there.. Good luck to all. See you all at the top.!

@JohnFurr, but when it crashes you will lose 30%. You will only have a 170% profit. This guy with his dividend stock will make 3 dollars a share.

@JohnFurr, Many still have not figured out how to value tech stocks properly. Expecting them to trade at the same PE as a 5% growth company lol
