Getting Our Toes In The Sand

Long
PEPPERSTONE:NAS100   US 100 Cash CFD
This is my first trade with NAS100 where I managed to close 1:8. I look forward to more potential setups like these to share in the future. My mentor and I went over this trade over a Zoom call last night. I'd like to share the recorded call. If you like to see it, leave a comment. I post it on YouTube. A technique I learned from Kelly Ogbonna was gap fills. I practiced a gap fill in the 15-minute timeframe to see if the price would continue its trend, or reverse. This helped me monitor prices overnight. One lesson I learned from this trade is to allow the price to hit my confirmation. Another lesson I learned was to make friends with the trend. If I see a confluence in two larger timeframes. Stick with the trend. One last lesson I learned, was to kill the noise. No matter who you learn your information from, the only person that is going to make the trade is YOU, so count on yourself, and go with your gut.

In conclusion, I'd like to share my trading journal entry...
