Day 119. Nasdaq100 now stuck in a range and i'm wondering where the next break out will be from. Two higher-highs scream bullish but also, them bearish divergence and double top say other wise. If there's no new "HH" then them sellers would be in. However, if that "HH" breaks, bulls continue. What's it going to be?..
