Its dropped alot, and is stretched far from avrages for weekly, monthly, daily.
It looks like its finding support and winter is not over in europe or the US.

I belive a good entry can be obtained between 3.4 - 2.2 i am wathcing it closely now.
I want evidence that buyers are coming back and we get support. The way i will play it to screen for good gas producing stocks, that can benefit from higher gas prices.
Plenty of them and alot have been hammerd in the down move.

I bought Tellurian for a price of 2 today to play the natural gas trade.
I was considering the etfs for gas but they are leveraged and didnt see a nice setup.
This looks good on a macro level, anc technical level. Also weekly cycles supports a upmove.

The intraday 1 hour natural gas chart is verry intresting to watch right now.
Trendlines are tested and broken, also the break of the avrage will be strength and mybe we get a retest of the higher trendline.
If it fails to break these levels there are more dowside risk/pullbacks.

Is stil going well, the pattern is intresting when it crosses the 200ma (hourly)
then chances of strength increase. Lets see if the same happens, hopefully supported by higher gas prices.

Stil watching ngas carfully. Hoping for some evidence off support.
Thi year feel alot about ngas being dicated with weather if you can combine global weather forcast long term with price showing evidence of support, then this might be a good trade. But dont stress, pice comes to us and we dont take positions to early.
Small position in TELL is stil active and will add to it as the price pullbacks, then ride the upwave.

Based on COT, the smart money is increasing longs, this will be interesting to watch.
Mybe we need energy inflation before the inflation expectation changes and dollar moves up again. Looks likely.

So far we have stayed out of trouble, i see alot of people trying to catch a falling knife and this will make you lsoe money, trying to force a trade.
A trading idea can only be executed with evidence. We still belive NGAS will have rallies, but we will be patient. Once everyone in tradingview is bearish again, then is probally the right time.

I am using the 21MA as confirmation for entry, and the next pullback after the confirmation i will take a big position. I am trading gas stocks that are leveraged to increase in gas price, you can trade UNG or BOIL if you dont have any stocks.
Since we waited and was patient so long, its important to have focus in those periods when a entry is likely with evidence. Hopefully it will be worth the wait.

Last time in 2018-2019 it was super hot and dry and alot of fires in europe.
All europe need for a disaster is warm weather, dry, hot, little rain. including the nordic countries and its a disaster for energy prices.
Be patient for the entry and have it on your watch list. If a good entry shows for next week, it might be a good rewarding trade.
