I've warned you successfully already by posting two weeks ago on my account that the Nasdaq will have a little leg down in the corrective rally and it happened. So what we will most certainly arrive ? As you can see in this idea, my chart is in a larger time scale this means that I believe we just started the 2 BIG LEG DOWN for this bear run after a unsustainable corrective rally that we are seing now. The chart shows it all but we can also see a few things :
The RSI : Typical of all the Nasdaq downfalls, the Rsi approaches the oversold zone but does not go there (1st leg down of all bear markets) then it rebounds in the levels that I've showed you on the chart (near that zone, does not need to be as specific as the redline) and then in the third leg it finally goes in the oversold zone
The Timeline crisis : Every 8 -10 years we are at our 10 year
DEBT in quite every country, especially U.S.A and the Italian crisis has already started
It is a CORRECTIVE LEG ! have you seen already a leg like that, so overextended without any pullbacks ? (apart the one that i predicted) That describes perfectly the 5 phases of a bubble pop
