NEO/BTC is in the process of completing its handle in what I perceive to be a cup and handle formation. Handles usually vary from 25%-50% retractment of the rally. Hence, going long at market may be a good idea to capitalize on. My target price, keeping in mind the formation is 0.01074887. Stoploss at 0.005900
