NEO has seemingly been accumulated within the green zone for a long period of time and had not yet been distributed fully. We can expect it to follow this kind of Elliot wave. Anyway at least a 30-50% movement within a couple of weeks-months is almost inevitable as volumes accumulated within the green range have to be distributed to someone and a 900 days accumulation can't be distributed so fast. There is still room for movement.
