If it were simply based on team, tech, solidity of project and funding id say this coin is a lock like some of the top alts, but being a coin of once great glory "fallen so low" market sentiment for NEO is Mixed. Where I see a perfect chance to buy up a cheapo bag of a potentially game changing tokem, at least financially some see as a risky move stopping large money entrances into NEO,.. my peeps into the great block explorer support this theory as players big and small are gathering neo in small bits and watching sentiment and carefull setting sell limits at the end of each significant day(at least thats how I monitor $ safetty net while i must rest this human husk I so woefully inhabit! lol, seriously, I think those whoe didnt grab 25-100 of these for 10-12$ may be kicking themselves come next year round April when I see NEO back with a massive market cap and playing in the big boy pool again aftn er the whales toes start to feel nice and warm and the bulls start slamming their readied horns into this coin is a SLEEPING GIANT with EXPLOSIVE potential to happen NOW or 16 months from now, or it could be a kreep but, and you will see I RARELY EVER DO THIS, but I am gonna call an unatural jump in volume and weird trade book changes sometime soon if this coin doesnt explode... just a feeling, I work with NEO in ZERO Capacity nor do I know any NEO team members that im awayer of at least lol... just have a feeling "to big to fail!" still applies here,,,,,....??? #letchartsTALK
