Quick look this time, it seems the breakout is all but confirmed now especially if we start trading above the cloud on the daily timeframe.

TP1 - $10.75
TP2 - $11.29
TP3 - $12.30
Comment:
Two TP Targets achieved small resistance now at $11.70 before up to $12.30 NEO seems to have slightly under-performed in terms of percentage gains compared to other high cap coins so lets hope for a nice bump up again now!
