This is probably a good time to invest in NEO. Reasons:
1) It is reaching its ascending triangle which may lead to a break-out. All the EMAs are converging together signalling a major move (perhaps).
2) There is no transaction fees when transferring NEO from SG Binance to Binance.
We shall see if it can break the 1st resistance line. And if so, price may shoot up to the 2nd resistance line.
