Here is my prediction to possible macro levels NEO/USDT is headed for. I beleive we see a brief dip below the psychological/order block of $10 followed by a fierce uptrend targeting $40. This is based off a pending final capitulation for ALTS across the board so do not expect this to come true with out other ALTS having one final drawdown. This trade will be confirmed if we dump on high volume and quickly react to the $9- $10 area of support. If I do not see a strong reaction off of the $10 area, I will consider taking some of my position off.
I am not market buying at this price. I am setting orders from $9-$12. If they don't hit, I will not be too worried as there will be plenty of opportunity to ride NEO when an uptrend is confirmed.
