Potential good play for small accounts looking for good options. I personally really like where NIO is at. Just reclaimed 9 EMA on the daily again, reclaimed 50MA on the 4H, with the 9 EMA curling up (should see a crossover soon for a momentum move to get it over the current resistance level).
