NVIDIA : Pure FOMO, high risk

Short
NASDAQ:NVDA   NVIDIA
Everyone is talking about NVIDIA. First, it was crypto miners, and now it's AI. What's next? There are already revenues that have surpassed the average in the first few months. We like it. But the market wants more and more...

Today, it reached another all-time high. It's nearly impossible to find a good shorting opportunity. However, perhaps this fake rally will run out of steam soon.

In fact, applying Fibonacci to daily MACD cross levels indicates that we've reached the perfect short resistance. If Mr. Market wants more, then around $540 could come into play (although not so optimistically). The prices are currently within the confines of the inverse megaphone, and we haven't tested the $330 level yet. There seems to be selling pressure starting from $410... so maybe the short moment could arrive soon.

The daily MACD is searching for more energy but not reaching significant heights. Price can still pump due to low volumes, which might take a few more days. Just keep in mind that earnings are expected in late August. We'll have to wait for a month, and there could be some manipulation involved.

It's important to consider the broader market dynamics and potential risks. While NVIDIA has seen impressive growth in both crypto mining and AI sectors, it's essential to keep an eye on regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitor developments. The market can be unpredictable, and investors should exercise caution and conduct thorough research before making any investment decisions. Stay informed and be prepared for potential fluctuations in NVIDIA's performance.

It is worth noting that NVIDIA has already surpassed its average revenue target for the entire year, demonstrating impressive financial performance. As of the latest report, the company has recorded revenue figures that have exceeded market expectations. In the first few months alone, NVIDIA's revenues have shown remarkable growth, surpassing the projected average for the year. This strong revenue growth has been driven by increased demand in various sectors, such as crypto mining and AI. However, it is important to monitor the sustainability of this revenue growth and consider potential factors that could impact future performance. Factors such as market saturation, evolving industry dynamics, and regulatory changes should be taken into account to assess the long-term revenue potential of NVIDIA.

This is not financial advice; it's just an idea about something that lacks enough energy to sustain this price.
