On the lookout for stable investments, and I came across a list of Canadian REITs, which if you don't own or plan to own a home, are a decent investment vehicle for stable monthly returns. People pay their rents, what could go wrong. I want to buy, hence I am looking for longs, but my gut is telling me now is not the right time, at least for Northview, should this weekly Head and Shoulders pattern start playing out. Might be waiting a while to see if the formation plays out. Looking for a weekly close below 25 for a dump incoming signal. Neckline all the way down to 16ish, but a 200 weekly Moving average may provide a place to start Dollar Cost Averaging in should a possible fall not be too hectic.
