ONT has been forming a very strong ascending triangle over the past few months and price action seems to finally be moving towards a potential breakout. In the case of a strong breakout above the upper bound resistance at $1.61, the next move up will be towards the $2.24 target price. However, it is also possible that a fake drop below occurs towards the $1.29 support level before the move towards $2.24 occurs. A break of this support would invalidate the move up from the ascending triangle but I find this outcome very unlikely. Watching the possible break above the upper bound will help determine if we move straight up towards $2.24 or if we will first see a pullback and then a break up towards $2.24. Either way, I am very bullish on ONT's outlook over the next month.
