The processing factories are equipped with state-of-the-art machineries namely Gang-Saws, automatic Resin Lines with Robotic feeds, imported from SEI, Italy, one of the pioneers and leaders in manufacturing machineries for the marble industry, imported automatic Line Polishers and imported Grinding Machines.
The automatic resin line with robotic feeds is a highly complex advanced resin application system with controlled heating and drying which ensures even penetration of the resin in the microscopic holes and cracks. The manual application of the resin with drying under the sun, which most Indian suppliers of natural marbles deploy, does not and cannot match the quality achieved with the automatic resin line. Thus ensuring that the marble processed by is similar to the quality of marble processed in Europe and elsewhere.
The Company's processing units are capable of producing of 7.20 million sq. ft. of slabs per annum.In addition, it's associate company in Sri Lanka also processes 1.5 million Sq Ft of Marble Slabs per annum for exports to India.
It is strongly present in mining and processing of Granite in the State of Orissa. boasts of mining the world famous Lavender Blue and Black from Malkangiri in Orissa. The mining operation is fully mechanized with the use of three excavators and compressors. Also 18 new mining applications are at various stages of approval by the State Government. The granite mined and processed is exported to Italy, China, Taiwan, Middle East and Egypt.
The company has introduced brand of engineered marble processed on Breton Machines in over 50 Colors and patterns, imported from Italy, Spain and also from other Breton Plants, established in other countries.
