Have we reached the bottom, or going down to 303/298?

In the last trading session, 26-2-2021, we saw prices fell to a critical level at 311 in H4, as indicated on the chart below but held off selling pressure to close the session around 314. In the previous H4 price candle before the last H4, we saw a push towards the 319 resistance level but failed and closed around 314.

I think 314 and 311 are critical levels to watch. These levels might provide some lead to future direction.
QQQ could continue down if it fails to hold above 311.
