It’s a tough question. Would you say the same thing about planes, trains, and malls? I’ve experienced all 3 this year and haven’t seen much change (although I’m very happy to see cleanliness is a priority now). These options offer less space, less distancing and less sanitation options. This trade attempts to take advantage of the illogical psychological effect that cruises are somehow “dirtier” despite physical evidence suggesting otherwise. This doesn’t even take account for the 2019 valuation being 2x earnings for the year ( a deal in my book) 🤷 my 2 cents . Cheers
no one seems to consider that the cruise business will not be the same for years to come. Cruise are popular because they are cheap holidays. There is a limit to what they can charge. Once the backlog clear, what is the true demand look like for the next two years? I am a cruise fan (been on 15 cruises) and i am reluctant to return. The experience will not be the same for a couple of years.
