I think 2022 will continue to show strength in the housing sector since JP and the will not begin increasing rates until 2023 due to tapering and then mid term elections. After that, there will be a lot of concern and slower growth in the housing market as interest rates rise. Higher interest rates mean higher cost to buy a home and will lead to lower housing prices.
