As you see RLC is at lowest price and plays playing above its main and historic resistance for several weeks. I guess that would be not bad to have some RLC in our Portfolio when BTC is not stable and some ALTS are going to explode one by one like FIO, MTL, HIVE and etc. Maybe the round of RLC would be next and so soon or then.
