I've been waiting a long time for Rally to finally move and it looks like it might be time (within the next week).
$RLY found support at $.115 and it now looks to be forming a large inverse head and shoulders pattern on low timeframes.
Once it breaks above $.157, we should see a quick move to $.257 and it should head to the final target of $.0328.
This isn't a coin I would hold, but it does look good for a trade.
