Don't Fall for It.
I think we are entering one of the most important trading
week's of the year,albeit a very holiday shortened week.
So think of it this way.
Volatility is rising, but the McClellan Oscillator is nearing -300,
a deeply oversold market " set up "
This could induce a "compression like" short covering rally "
that could set the sky on fire,
like New York City fireworks, on the 4th of July.
This is not week to bet the farm on the market
especially on the short side.
Traders who can remain deeply committed to position
against all that noise that is about to come at them,
will survive handsomely next week.
And like a very good card player in Las Vegas
don't fall for the "fake out " move
.. that is certainly coming this week.
